Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. Because our products are consumable supplements, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, and you'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at Kultbrand.info@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we'll send instructions on where to send it. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked method—we can't be responsible for returns lost on their way back to us. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or is no longer in its original sealed packaging
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • The Shipping Protection fee, which is non-refundable once purchased

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at Kultbrand.info@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you—you won't need to pay return shipping in these cases. (If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, lost-in-transit and damage claims are also covered under our Shipping Policy.)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether your refund was approved. If approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. We refund the price of the returned product; original shipping charges are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven't received it, please contact us at Kultbrand.info@gmail.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your eligible item and place a new order for the replacement once your return is approved.
